Before you are getting sub - did you get a fancy text that says that you will get 14 days free trial? Don't forget to read small text if it is valid in your account or not. I bought it anyway, yet it says I have 14 days trial but didn't get it because I was old member which is depressing. Anyhow I felt that this app is not so worth to use! You can actually find HeadSpace in Spotify, also you can find similar like Raining, Windbreece, ocean sounds on spotify. I am sorry to say but there are some section that it has with voice - They are terrible. I don't like Eva voice and I don't like some male voice. I use to listen Switch Off but some how they have changed voice actor that I don't personally like. When I listen jungle sound, after 3 min it sounds the same again lt's like a loop - that's why I strongly suggest you to use Spotify instead. Spotify has timer if you press 3 dots setting button.

Just heard an advertisement on the “Unregistered” podcast with Thaddeus Russell.
It interrupted a conversation about how pro life people should be ideologically ok with killing abortion doctors.
Later in the podcast we get a chat about how adult and children sexual relationships are not inappropriate.
So right on for supporting this guy.

Opted in for their annual subscription to get the first 14 days for free, as stated in the app, however right after agreeing to the subscription, my card was then billed immediately!

I've utilized headspace for years. Weather I have limitted time or extra time, headspace has helped my personally as well as professionally. I've referred it to friends and family and now they enjoy the benefits of it. -No dought that the product is well worth the money!

BEWARE! They will take money on an annual subscription- very hard to cancel once you have sign up! Making for a very stressful life not quite what you’ve signed up for is it ! Meditate the stress away- while they count your money!

Been using the app for 3 years.

It use to be easy and intuitive and it mutated in a kind of social media " meditation" platform making it less relaxing and easy to use.

lessons are slowly losing quality compared to what they used to be but i am still very satisfied with the app overall. i just think that the team should re-focus on the quality rather than the quantity.

SCAM ALERT!
Charged me a year subscription although I had canceled the subscription just five days before. what a joke!

I still have the email proof with me. Requested refund and will delete my account right afterward.

I really like the app but in signing up for a 'free' trial it just billed me a year's subscription immediately, which has really eroded my trust in the company. I recommend you try a friend's version because there is no free trial, you will just be billed immediately. It's a shame because that's not the stress you are looking for in a meditation app! The irony is that I probably would have paid after the trial ended but now I think I will do some research on more ethical companies I can trust my money with.

Absolutely horrible. Wanted Headspace to help me sleep and spent a horrible few stressful hours first listening to rain for about an hour, then went on to the spoken word. So irritating!
Ridiculously slow speech, just annoying, not relaxing at all.
Turned off feeling more stressed than when I started.
Fortunately was able to cancel the following day.
I would not recommend this.

This was one of the most frustrating experiences I have had with an application. I downloaded headspace months ago to my phone while traveling and barely used it. Then I came up on an ad on FB and decided to enroll to participate in the John Legend Meditation series. The problem came when I tried to get back into the application, the app would tell me my password was wrong. I kept resetting it and continued to have the same issue, although I could login online https:// I have had multiple email exchanges where they continue to tell me to reset my password or they do it for me. Nothing helped and of course no phone numbers to actually talk to anyone. Really, really poor-terrible customer service. The opposite of a "calm" or "relaxing" experience. I'm going to continue to rely on the Calm app and my Fitbit.

It was a great app as long as it provided you with free content.

I honestly thought headspace was actually that company that wants people to live healthier and happier lives but it turned out they just want to make money nothing else.

I used headspace for months for free and it was the best meditation app out there even better than some completely free apps because of the amount and quality of the content it offered.

Yet, they made this the worse app by locking literary everything behind a paywall. They locked even simple as 1 minute breathe behind a paywall.

While I like the content of ‘Today’s meditation’, I find it extremely irritating that the guy keeps making unnecessary pauses and chuckles, which I just can’t stand and have to switch off the voice and read the content instead. I also like the Sleepcast which just serves its purpose and helps me sleep.

I signed up to a Spotify + Headspace membership and so was required to log in by using my Spotify credentials. Upon doing this, I received an error (not a great start). I contacted their support and after some back and forth, I was eventually told that it was an error they were aware of and were in the process of fixing - so in the meantime, offered me a 12month voucher to cover me until the issue was resolved.

12 months later when the voucher ran out, I attempted to log in - and received the same error message. I reported it AGAIN and received another voucher (this time for 6months), promising me it would definitely be fixed by then.

You guessed it - 6 months later the voucher runs out and I attempt to login. Again without success. I report it again and this time they refuse to help saying that they don't offer the Spotify+Headspace plan anymore, despite me being charge some 3 days prior. I tried to ask for further help but they told me to talk to Spotify (even though it's a technical fault on their end).

Headspace is excellent if you want to make a change in your life.

This app has changed my life. I could never stick to the habit of meditation however this app made it possible & enjoyable. I started with 5min per day & now I do 10+ easy. I have lost count of the number of courses I have completed (they have anxiety, fear of the future, coping with stress - you name it). I am currently sitting on 2,831 minutes meditated!!! So proud & all thanks to Headspace.
